1. Check all parts strictly before assembly and clean them

2. A small amount of oil shall be applied to the mating surface of the shaft sleeve and straight shaft before assembly

3. The floating oil seal ring shall be assembled in pairs, and its sealing surface shall be coated with lubricating oil. The contact surface between O-ring and floating oil seal ring shall not be coated with lubricating grease, and the assembly of floating seal rubber ring shall not be twisted

4. The total assembly force of the floating seal ring shall be 45-50kgf. M, so as to ensure the axial clearance of 0.4-0.9mm after assembly. When turning the wheel body by hand, there is a certain resistance moment, but no jamming

5. After installation, fill in the filtered lubricating oil. The tightening torque of the oil plug is 20 ± 2kgf. M. no leakage is allowed during the inspection

6. The painting color shall comply with jb2299-78
